Fees
The principal of POMA Architects Ltd is very highly trained in Architecture (7 years), Architectural Technology (3 years) and Conservation (1 year) and he is skilled at creating bespoke high-quality designs. Our fees correspond with our level of expertise, training and extent of service and consequently, we do not negotiate on our standard fee for architectural services.
We will provide a quote for architectural design services if we are quoting against other highly trained design professionals. There is an abundance of practices that advertise as drafting services, planning and design services or architectural services. Unfortunately, these practices are typically not operated by appropriately qualified and registered architects.
The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland maintain a register of suitably qualified Architects. As such we strongly advise that you check the register of architects on the website www.riai.ie of the RIAI. It is a criminal offense to use the title ‘Architect’ if you are not appropriately qualified in Architecture and registered with the RIAI.
